My name is Scott Dootson, I started riding in 2007 on a Kawasaki AR 50cc with a Classic 50cc club. I won the championship in my opening season at Tonfanau (Wales) and again in 2008.
Me and my Dad then decided to move up to the next level (125GP). My dad worked hard and bought me a Honda RS 125GP 1992 Race bike.
I competed at Three Sisters in Wigan for my first year on the bike and improved after every race against tough competition with a lot more experience than me. Regardless I managed to get on the podium towards the end of the year and on the last race there I Won. So the year was massive learning curve with several spectators commenting on our rapid improvement throughout the year.
I now compete in the ‘Thundersport GB GP3 class’ on a Honda RS 125GP ‘2002 and feel I will be fighting for podium positions all year!
